Instructions for using the social insurance declaration software KBHXH

Enter business information

Step 1: After downloading KBHXH, proceed to launch the exe file. When the social insurance icon appears on the desktop, click it to launch electronic social insurance declaration software.

Step 2: Immediately after, the Login screen appears . Enter your tax code, business unit, and then press the Access button .

Step 3: The program will display the Information screen of enterprises declaring social insurance, enter all the information in the form on the screen, and then click the Record button to save the information.

Note: This registration information will be included in the program, so you need to enter it correctly.

Labor management

The Labor Management module helps to manage information about employees including: Personal information, Departments, Titles at the company, Information about participation in social insurance, Explaining the process of participation in social insurance and Process join social insurance. To manage labor you follow these steps:

Step 1: To enter department information, select Labor Management> List of Unit / Department.

Step 2: When the list of departments appears, enter the Room ID, Room Name, Notes in the corresponding columns. Then, press the Record button to record the information entered.

Step 3: To enter labor information, you can follow two ways as follows:

Method 1: Enter information directly of each employee

In the Program menu, select Labor Management> Add new employee.

Here, enter the employee information such as: Full name, Employee Code, select the corresponding status for the employee. You will rely on this situation of employees to report the corresponding operations such as increase, decrease newspaper ... This information will be automatically transferred to the declaration when you set up the dossier.

Note: Items marked with * are mandatory criteria.

Next, switch to the Information card for participation in social insurance and health insurance. Here, enter the full information such as: Contract number, Type of contract, Salary, Allowances, Information on where to register for medical examination and treatment ... Units of administrative and non-business units will enter into System salary amount .

The employees who have working time and paid social insurance but have not been issued with a book, transferred to the TK1-TS Interpretation card to enter information about the process of participating in social insurance for that employee. Here, enter the full information on the process of insurance participation of employees including: From month to month, Explanation, Bases of payment, contribution rate ...

After entering all employees' information, select the Record button to record the information entered. You will see a screen showing the message successfully recording information. To enter a new employee, click the Add New button to display the initial information form.

After entering the employee's information, you can go to the Labor List to see all the information about the newly entered employees.

Method 2: Import the list of employees from Excel file

At Program menu, select Labor management> Labor list.

Next, click the Import Excel button at the bottom of the screen.

Then, click the Select file button to navigate to the Excel file to download. However, the employee list file must be made according to the program format. To get a sample file, select the Download sample file button .

After downloading the list of employees, click the Record button to record the list of employees just imported.

Create and submit a social insurance application

To make a social insurance application, you need to follow the 4-step process as follows:

To create a report on labor increase in 4-step process, you follow the instructions below, and other professional records do the same. In the Program menu, select Manage profile> Create new profile.

Step 1: Choose the profession

In the list of Business , select Newspaper labor increases , then press Select.

Step 2: Select employees

Click the button B2: Select employees to select workers to report increased labor from the labor list.

When the list of employees showing up, check the workers not to rise (colored in green), select Option to increase for each respective labor. Then press the Select button .

Step 3: Document

Next click on the button B3: Create a profile, the interface appears Select a declaration period, select the declaration period, the first default created will be selected Create new , the submission is 1 and the official declaration .

On the Receipt note, the default file is checked in case of increase in employees paying social insurance, health insurance and additional documents . The list of selected employees is automatically loaded into D02-TS declaration . To review the list of employees on D02-TS, click on the corresponding declaration name in the Content column or click the tab of the declaration to transfer.

If you want to add more workers, you need to increase notice, press F10 to display the list of employees and follow step 2. Next, go back to the Delivery receipt screen, check the section Get file number , the program will automatically get the file number for the dossier from the social insurance agency. Then, press the Record button to record all the information of the application.

If you do not click on Get a profile number , when you register, the program will automatically get the case number and display the number of records you have just retrieved for you.

Step 4: Sign and file

Next click on the button B4: Sign and submit, then select the button Sign records to sign the entire profile.

The program will display a window asking you to enter the password of the digital signature (PIN). Please enter in the PIN Code box and select Login.

Note: The digital signature password is provided by the digital signature provider.

Then, the program displays a message to sign the record completed, click OK to complete.

Continue to select Apply screen, the screen will display the following message:

Update the result of social insurance dossier

After completing the application procedure, update the status of the application into the program for easy management. If the application has been submitted successfully, select the Apply successfully .

Then, click the Record button , the program will display a notification of the status of successful submission, click the OK button to finish.

At this time, the application set to submit. To update the results for your application, click the Results button at the bottom of the screen.

In case the dossier has been certified by the social insurance, select the Certificate of social insurance , select the confirmation file sent by the social insurance agency. Then select the Open button .

After the dossier set has an appointment letter of the social insurance agency, check the box of appointment certificate of the social insurance body to continue updating the result for the dossier set. You find the file returned by the social insurance, then click the Open button . Finally, click the Record button to record the status and results of that record.

In case, the submission file fails, select Submit fails, then press the Record button .

Look up social insurance records

Step 1: To search for social insurance records, click on case management> Search established records.

Step 2: Conduct a search for the records that need to be searched, select the Submit / View Results button to see the information and results returned from the social insurance agency. Also review the details of that record, select Details.
