We don't always get the wrong purchase or dissatisfied with an app on the App Store and get a refund. The following are cases where Apple will refund the money when an app is purchased.
- Users in European Union and UK countries will get their money back after 14 days of "no questions asked" on the App Store.
- Accidentally you bought the application on a 1-Click system.
- When children accidentally buy an app you don't want (this needs proof). To avoid this, it is best to lock down purchase access.
- Buy an app with the wrong iTunes account.

- When buying the wrong version.
- Buy the wrong app that has the same name as the one you bought it.

Instructions for getting a refund on the App Store
Step 1 : Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com and log in your Apple ID account. This is an online site that helps you get your money back when you buy an app wrong.
Step 2 : Select the item purchased the application. Here it will display all recently purchased applications.
Step 3: Find the application you want to receive money and click Report a Problem .
Step 4: Click " Choose a Problem " and describe the application. You can choose one of the following situations:
- I didn't authorize this purchase - I did not authorize the purchase of this item.
- Didn't mean to buy this item - I have no intention of buying this item.
- Meant to buy a different item - I want to buy another item.
- Item didn't download or can't be found - Item could not be downloaded or could not be found.
- Item won't install or downloads to slowly- The item cannot install or download slowly.
- Item opens but doesn't function as expected - Open the app but the function is not right.
- Problem is not listed here - Some other issues.
Then describe the problem and the reason you want the money back. This step is extremely important because based on this, Apple will evaluate whether or not to refund you?
Step 5: Click Submit, you will receive the following message:
- Refund issued: You will receive a refund.
- Your payment method will be issued a refund for this purchase : You will be refunded, but after Apple has reviewed your refund request within 5 to 7 days.
Step 6: Review the request (not required you do).
In case you have not received the notice, you revisit the website and log back in with your Apple ID account. If Apple is processing it will display Pending ( Pending ).
