Turn on Adobe Flash Player in any web browser

1. Activate Flash Player in Internet Explorer

Open the browser Internet Explorer and click on the tool icon with the gear in the top right corner of the window.

Select Manage Adds-on.

In the Manage adds-on window , click on Toolbars and Extensions.

In the Add-ons list , search for Shockwave Flash Object (another name for Flash Player).

In the Status column , check that the Shockwave Flash Object is Disabled . If it is Disabled then click on that row to highlight it. Then, click Enable in the lower left corner of the Manage Adds-on dialog box and close the dialog box when done.

2. Activate Flash Player for Internet Explorer on Windows 10

Launch Internet Explorer and open the webpage with rich media content.

Click the gear menu with the gear icon in the upper right corner and select Manage Adds-on.

Select Shockwave Flash Object from the list.

Note: you must open a media-rich website or Shockwave Flash Object will not show up in this list.

Finally, click on Enable and Close.

3. Activate Flash Player on Microsoft Edge

Open Microsoft Edge browser and click on the menu with the three dots icon located in the upper right corner of the window.

Select the Settings menu .

4. Activate Flash Player for Safari on macOS

• Open the Safari browser and select Safari> Preferences.

• Click on the Security tab . Make sure that Enable JavaScript and Allow Plug-ins are selected. Click on Plug-in Settings.

For each site that appears in Currently Open Websites , select On in the menu on the right.

If your Safari is earlier than 1.0.0, follow the steps with macOS version as follows:

1. For Mac OS X 10.8 and above

• Open Safari and select Safari> Preferences.

• Click on the Security tab . Make sure that Enable JavaScript and Allow Plug-ins are selected. Then, click on Manage Website Settings

• Select Adobe Flash Player . From the When visiting other websites menu , click Allow and Done.

2. For Mac OS X 10.6 and 10.7

• Open the Safari browser and select Safari> Preferences.

• In the tab Sercurity . Make sure that Enable JavaScript and Allow Plug-ins are selected.

• Close the Preferences window .

 

5. Activate Flash Player for Opera on macOS

• Launch the Opera browser .

• In the address field, enter opera: // settings. In the settings page, type Flash in the search field.

• Select Allow sites to run Flash . Flash Player has been enabled on the browser.

• To manage Flash Player settings, click on Manage exceptions.

• In the Flash exceptions window , enter the website domain name and select Allow . After completing more pages, click Done.

Follow the same steps to enable Flash Player for Opera on Windows.
