After setting up the Apple Watch, you have a few watch faces available. You can customize and use them as you wish. For example, you can set up your own apps on the four corners, e.g. B. calendar, breathing, activities, heart rate and much more. Now with iOS 11 or watchOS 4 you can create any photo from the Photos app as a watch face. We will show you how to do this in this guide:
Own photos as dials
A nice feature on the Apple Watch is using your own images as watch faces. Prerequisites is that your Apple Watch is up to date (watchOS 4) and iPhone is on iOS 11.
Turn iPhone photos into watch faces for Apple Watch
In the Photos app, you can select up to 10 photos and use them as a watch face . That's how it's done:
On your iPhone, launch the Photos app and tap the photo you want to use as the watch face.
Now tap on the share icon (up arrow) in the bottom left corner

Tap Create Watch Face

Now you can choose between photo watch face and kaleidoscope watch face .

Here you can make further settings . Whether you want the time display to be shown at the top or bottom.
Below you can choose which apps you want to have above or below the primeval time.
Tap Add .

The new photo is sent to the Apple Watch. If you have selected several images, a new photo will appear each time you raise your arm or tap on the display.
