Hero immediately took the mother and daughter to the emergency hospital. Unfortunately, despite trying to cure, the mother and daughter still did not survive. The doctor concluded that the mother and daughter's death was carbon monoxide poisoning (CO) due to coal tar.

Hung recalled that day, he bought coal for heating for friends and relatives. Ms. Lam took some coal and brought it back to the heating room, because during her stay, Ms. Lam's room was closed, the room was airy, leading to CO poisoning. The tragic incident happened in early 2019.

On the morning of November 20, the family discovered that Trang and her husband and their newborn baby had symptoms of drowsiness and difficulty breathing, so they took them to Kon Plong District Medical Center for emergency. However, Ms. Trang died soon after.

On December 4, 2019, doctors at Ha Tinh General Hospital said that they also received mother and child with CO poisoning. The patient is Ms. Tran Thi Xuan (65 years old) and her daughter Le Thi Dung (28 years old, living in Thach Bang commune, Loc Ha district, Ha Tinh). The patient's family members said that Ms. Dung had only given birth for 3 days. Because the weather became cold on the evening of December 3, the family burned charcoal for overnight heating in a closed room. On the morning of December 4, relatives discovered that Ms. Xuan and Ms. Dung were poisoned, so they went to the hospital for emergency. Fortunately, Ms. Dung's newborn baby is not suffocating.

There should be coal after giving birth? - The question "old" but still controversial
