Creating a good habit of going to school first is to establish a habit of going to bed at night on time, setting a sleep time.

Establish an evening routine
Train your child's habits every night. Establish a routine of preparing for the next day at night such as choosing clothes for the next day, taking a bath, brushing teeth, reading, doing homework ... make a weekly routine. Every weekend you have to bring all your school uniforms neatly and put them in a separate basket for school clothes only, you have to prepare all socks, hats, swimwear, towels, gym equipment .. .will keep it in your bag, and when you have a subject, just put the bag in your bag (if you have to go to school to use it or change it)
Having this established routine, or any family schedule or your own learning activities, will give your child a sense of order, consistency, peace of mind, and knowing what he is doing. , what time. This process can also save a lot of time each morning having to run around looking for something.
Older children are usually allowed to stay up late than younger children, but this does not mean that children stay up too late, children both adults and children need to ensure enough sleep for the full development of the child physically and mentally. .
Once your child goes to bed, turn off the lights, turn on the night light. It is also a good habit to practice and maintain when parents can read books with their children, children or children before bed. Remember, 5 - 10 minutes of reading every day for 365 days is better and a lot more focused on choosing 1 to 2 days just to read. The habit of reading or any habit that needs to be maintained regularly will become a habit.
Take time to read with your baby before bed and talk about something that happened that day or about something they want to talk about before bed.
Talk to your child about your plans for tomorrow. What activities have been planned? Do you have an appointment with the doctor? Will you pick up your child from school at an unusual time? What should you do after returning home from school? And do you have to run to the store or take care of other chores? Anything you can do to prepare for the next day will make it easier for the whole family.
When it's time to sleep, tell your kids that you love them, kiss them good night, and turn off the lights. Older children may be allowed to sit up and read silently for a while before turning off the lights.

One item you might want to buy for your child at the beginning of the school year is an alarm clock. By giving your child an alarm clock, you are giving them some responsibility for controlling their time.
