Body Smart - Body Smart means that you learn and think through your body, using your body to express yourself or your skills.
Body motor intelligence - Body Smart
You are always comfortable with your body. Maybe you're an athlete, a surgeon , or you use your body to dance and act skillfully. Or you are more interested in using your hands to do activities like crafting, sculpture, architecture, mechanics, or repairing objects. You can also show this intelligence through good soccer kicking, knitting or sewing easily, clay figurines, delicate acting, magic shows, repairing broken objects in the house.
People often think that motion intelligence is not a form of intelligence. You think the body and mind do very different things. After all, you do activities with your body, and learning and thinking with your mind. The body seems to be just walking, climbing, bending up and down, stretching, and so on. Is that true? Only partially true. However, how does the body do all this? That is through instructions from the brain.
The combination of body parts in motion
You use different parts of your brain to move, run, dance, model, play sports, tie a bow, juggle, walk or any kind of movement. Every movement requires the quick and meticulous coordination of the countless nerves, muscles, joints and other parts.
If you have to move just for each part of the body, you will certainly take weeks to get out of bed in the morning. The brain gives commands to the body very quickly, so moving and moving takes only seconds, not weeks. The body knows what to do when you want it to do it (and does it very quickly!) - meaning your body is pretty smart!
People with this intelligence have a good sense of balance and good hand-eye coordination. They are often interested in activities such as walking, gymnastics, sports, dancing, camping, and swimming. In studying and working, they want their body to move instead of just reading and listening to instructions or studying for too long.
Careers are suitable for people with active intelligence - Body Smart
A career suitable for those with motor intelligence is usually: athlete, martial arts, gymnast, coach, physical education teacher, dancer, actor, model, Magicians, policemen, military officers, surgeons, doctors, craftsmen, jewelry, craftsmen, carpenters, crafters.
Practice playing sports is an effective way to improve the ability to move the body, especially for children. Almost any sport is good, so choose a sport that suits your conditions. Sports training not only enhances your physical and mental health, relieves stress, but also enhances the ability to harmonize body parts such as eyes, legs, arms, and brain. Taking a martial arts class, a sport, earobic, dance course, or a drama or acting class will help you practice more effectively.
