Conversion procedure

Bring the following documents to Vinaphone transaction points nationwide to complete the procedure:

For individual customers:

• ID card / Original ID card and photo, if you have a household registration book, you need to have a Household register or KT3.
• In case there is no ID card / ID card can be replaced with a valid passport.

For corporate customers:

• Need a legal representative of the enterprise to sign, seal in the contract file and provide one of the types of legal establishment documents (notarized copy) such as business registration certificate, paper permission to establish an organization ...
• In case of a representative replacement to the conversion, the authorization of the business owner / business unit is required.

Roaming fee

• Post-paid roaming fee is VND 60,000.

• Total free duration is 1,000 minutes / month.

Alo65 Package:

• Free calling 2 networks.
• Rate 114,000 VND / month.
• Be free of charge for the first 10 minutes of the call when making calls to 2 networks: Vinaphone, VNPT landline.
• Total free duration is 1,500 minutes / month.

Alo145 Package:

• Call 3 networks for free.
• The price is 194,000 VND / month.
• Free the first 10 minutes of the call when you call 3 networks: Mobifone, Vinaphone, VNPT landline.
• Total free duration is 700 minutes / month.

Alo135 package:

• Call free all networks in Vietnam.
• Rate 184,000 VND / month.

Note:

• When converting from prepaid to postpaid subscriber, only main account can be reserved, promotion account cannot be reserved. So, pay attention to choose an appropriate conversion time to avoid waste.
