Half French Braid: Tutorial
Today we discover how to make a simple hairstyle suitable for different occasions, to go to school or work, but also for the evening perhaps enriched with some particular accessories to match your style and clothing: it is the French braid in half.
This hairstyle is designed for those who love to show off the French braid, attached to the head , but still want a variation on the classic version. It is a more particular and original solution, which starts from one side rather than from the center. This side braid is suitable for those who do not want to completely tie their hair and therefore want a semi-updo.
The half up French braid is ideal for those with medium or long hair length.
YOU NEED
So are you ready to see how to make the French braid in half? Here is what you need:
- a fixative;
- a brush;
- A comb;
- a hair band (possibly close to your hair color).
PROCEDURE
These are the steps to follow to make this French braid:
FIRST STEP: brush your hair well, apply the chosen fixative and distribute it with the help of the comb.
SECOND STEP: go and take a section of hair from the side of the head you prefer and comb it well, at this point divide the section obtained into three strands as similar as possible to each other in terms of hair quantity.
THIRD STEP: Start forming a simple side braid by doing the first step.
FOURTH STEP: go and take new strands of hair and assemble them to the central lock and continue to weave until the strands on the top of the head end.
FIFTH STEP: once the strands are finished, create a simple braid , close the work with an elastic by taking a lock of hair on the side from the hair that has remained loose so that the braid does not move, apply a veil of hairspray to seal the hairstyle and that's it!
