This type of makeup is suitable for those with dark , brown or black eyes , because it contrasts and brightens the iris.
It can also be suitable for those with blue eyes , creating a real ice queen effect. The most important thing in this case is to make a thin line of eyeliner along the upper lashes, to create a minimum of definition .
The shimmer blue eyeshadow illuminates the eyes while not giving up the intensity of the tones used. With a matte eyeshadow you wouldn't get the same result. You must therefore find one bright enough to be able to maintain this luminous effect.
The colors chosen are those of blue and purple , all made three-dimensional thanks to the use of black in the outer corner.
The magnetic and sensual effect is given by the shaded line along the lower lashes, which ends with a cat tail in the inner corner.
Finally, I chose to apply a bright blue pencil also in the inner rhyme. This will add an extra pop of color, making the makeup look very unique yet wearable !

- Kiko Milano pencil Double Glam n.103;
- Oh my Lashx Fairytale False Eyelashes.
As usual, you can use any other product that has the same colors, an application brush and a blending brush.
Let's follow all the steps together to recreate this deep blue makeup:
We apply and blend a purple eyeshadow in the crease of the eye (Mulac eyeshadow Wonder).
We apply a blue eyeshadow on the mobile eyelid (Mulac eyeshadow Titanic).
We apply a black eyeshadow (Mulac eyeshadow Ink) in the outer corner and blend well.
Then apply it along the lower lashes, creating a tail in the inner corner.
We apply a white eyeshadow in the inner corner (Mulac Royal eyeshadow).
We apply a blue pencil in the inner rhyme (Kiko pencil Double Glam 103) and mascara .
We apply false lashes for a more intense effect (Oh my Lashx Fairytale lashes).

For this eye makeup we have several options to match the lipstick. One of these could be a beautiful purple lipstick , very current and that will certainly not go unnoticed. Alternatively we can choose to wear a pink lipstick or a nude , for a look focused on the eyes.
