Disable cookies on Microsoft Edge? The new Edge Chromium from Microsoft offers many setting options. One of them is whether or not the browser should save the cookies. Many users deactivate the storage of cookies in their browser. How to set this on the Edge Chromium is shown in this guide.
Disable saving cookies
By default, the storage of cookies is activated. This allows websites to track your activity on the web using cookies .
Microsoft offers its Edge Chromium browser users the option of deactivating the storage of cookies.
To get to the cookie settings, enter edge://settings/content/cookies in the address bar

You can also reach these settings by clicking on the three dots in the top right and further on Settings > Cookies and website permissions .
Next click Cookies and site data
Disable the point:
Allow websites to save and read cookie data (recommended).

From now on no cookies will be saved.
Delete browser data at Edge Chromium remove cookies etc.
Show saved cookies
In the same window you will find the option “All cookies and site data”.
This shows the Microsoft browser which cookies have already been saved.

You have blocked the following websites from storing and reading cookies on your device.
Allow
The following websites can store cookies on your device. To prevent these cookies from being cleared on exit, go to Clear browsing data on exit.
Delete on exit.
To clear all cookies and location data on closing Microsoft Edge, go to Clear browsing data on close.
Cookies and site data that you have temporarily allowed.
You have allowed the requesting website to store cookies and website data while you visit the following websites.
