Google Play reported an error on BlueStacks
Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped may also occur on Android devices, so if using this device and an error occurs, you can also apply the instructions below.
1. Clean up memory
Often the overload of memory is also the cause of many common errors on Google Play. Normally, you just need to find and filter the applications that are not used, rarely used and delete them. But in some special cases, Google will show specific notifications as to which apps or games are causing errors so that we can handle them more easily.
And if it is reported that an error occurs in the photo library or an application that stores personal data, you should back them up before proceeding to correct the error. If not, delete some apps to get more space.
How to do each other later:
Step 1: From the main interface of BlueStacks, go to Settings and select Apps .
Step 2: A list of games and applications installed on the simulator will appear, select the unused application to delete (or the application is reported error by Google Play).
Select delete application
Step 3: Select the Clear data, Clear cache, Force stop and Uninstall respectively to completely remove the selected application.
Clear data : delete all data (registration information, accounts, data ...) related to the application.
Uninstall : Uninstall the application.
Click on OK to confirm the application removal
2. Install a newer version of Google Play
Another error that makes emulator use error is that the Google Play version on the emulator is not compatible or the application or game you need to install is not compatible with Google Play.
To solve this, there are 2 ways:
If it is on an Android device, you can download the older version of the game and go to settings to prevent it from automatically updating.
If it is on the emulator, there will be no such feature, so the only way is to remove the current Google play and download the newer version.
Uninstall the current version of Google Play
If both of the above methods do not work, it is best to remove both the current emulator and install the latest BlueStacks version or use it via another emulator (such as Droid4X ).
