SharePlay is used to share content with others when performing FaceTime such as watching movies together on iPhone or watching YouTube videos. However, many applications automatically activate SharePlay when you perform FaceTime, which can cause you to press the wrong button, affecting the video call in progress. How to turn off SharePlay on iPhone automatically
Step 1:
Go to Settings, then scroll down and click on FaceTime to adjust.
Step 2:
Next, the user clicks on the SharePlay feature to adjust it. At this point, you will see that some applications automatically activate SharePlay. We just need to turn off the application that does not allow automatic use of SharePlay when performing FaceTime.
How to Block SharePlay on iPhone Completely
You can turn off SharePlay in Face Time settings, but the SharePlay option may still appear when you make a call. So you can block SharePlay through Screen Time.
Step 1:
You access Settings on iPhone then tap on the Screen Time feature . Switch to the new interface, you tap on Turn on Limits .
Step 2:
Go to the blocking mode settings interface via Screen Time. Tap Allowed Apps to adjust the apps that are allowed to operate on your iPhone.
Step 3:
Here we will turn off the SharePlay feature to prevent use on iPhone.
So SharePlay is completely disabled on iPhone and does not show up when performing Face Time.
