Zalo Web is a powerful tool that allows users to log in to Zalo through web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Coc Coc. This feature enables users to enjoy chatting conveniently directly from their browsers every day.
Before you proceed, ensure that your phone has a compatible Zalo Mobile version installed:
Step 1: When you first access Zalo Web, the Zalo Login interface will appear with the following login options:
For this guide, we will choose to log in using the QR Code.
Step 2: Open the Zalo app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal dots icon, and then tap on the QR code icon next to the search box. Aim your camera at the QR code displayed in your web browser and tap Login to confirm.
Step 3: You can now utilize Zalo online to chat, make calls, and text for free. Your contacts, messages, and calls from your phone will sync automatically for convenience. You can send attachments, images, and enjoy adding emoticons while chatting.
To receive a notification sound for new messages, click on the Settings tab (gear icon) in the left column. Select New message notification sound, and then click Save settings to apply the changes.
Step 1: For desktop notifications, the setup varies slightly by browser:
For Chrome: After logging in, you'll see a notification banner. Click here to enable notifications, and select Allow when prompted.
Step 2: Afterwards, access Settings again, and check the box for Popup notification on the desktop. Don't forget to click Save settings to retain the updates.
Step 3: Now, whenever a message arrives, you’ll see a notification pop up. If your speakers are on, you’ll hear the accompanying sound.
If you prefer to clear your chat history when logging out, click the Settings tab and check the box for Delete chat history when logging out. Click Save settings to apply this change.
Alternatively, when you click on the logout icon at the bottom left of the screen, you’ll be prompted to delete chat history. Check the box if you wish to do so, then click Yes to log out.
Now that you are familiar with Zalo Web, enjoying its features is easy! Besides Zalo, you can also connect with friends using other applications like Yahoo, Viber, and Skype to chat, make free calls, and text seamlessly.
