The iPhone iMessage chat group feature helps us to text and chat more easily with many people, instead of sending individual messages. After you create an iMessage chat group, you can also change and manage the chat group as you like, such as changing the iMessage chat group name, adding or removing iMessage chat group members. Below are instructions for creating an iMessage chat group and managing chat groups.

Step 1: Open the Messages app on your iPhone and tap the pen icon to compose a new message.
Step 2: Tap the plus icon in the To field to add the members you want to have in the group chat you're about to create.
Step 3: Compose a normal message in the field below as you would when texting a person.
Step 4: Click the Send arrow next to it to send the message to all the people listed.
Note:
You click on everyone on the messaging interface, then click on Change Name and Photo below to change the name and photo for the iPhone iMessage group.
You can now enter a name and choose a profile picture for your iMessage group chat.
To add people to an iMessage chat group , click on the chat group and then click on the Add Contact option below. Then we click on the plus icon to add people to the group.
If you want to remove someone from the iPhone iMessage chat group , click on the number of people on the interface. Now you will see the list of participants. To remove someone, click Remove to remove them from the chat group.
You can only add people to an iMessage group chat if there are already three or more people in it. To remove a person, the group must have four or more people.
You click on the group and click on the number of people displayed above. In the chat group customization interface, you activate Hide Alerts to turn off group chat notifications.
We also click on the custom interface for the chat group, then scroll down and click on Leave this Conversation .
