Method 1:
After you have installed KMPlayer but still cannot open MP4 and FLV formats, your computer lacks the Video Codec to play these formats. So please:
- Search and download Codec for Video files here .
- Or install the K-Lite Codec Pack Mega music and video decoder into your computer.
Method 2:
Step 1: Click the Start button in the bottom left corner of the screen, type Internet Options into Search programs and files, and open Internet Options .
Or open Internet Explorer , click Tools and select Internet Options.
Step 2: The Internet Options window appears, click on the Security tab , then drag backward and click the Custom level button ...
Step 3: The Security Settings - Internet Zone window appears, navigate to ActiveX controls and plug-ins and select Enable for all the following sub-items:
- Allow previously unused ActiveX controls to run without prompt.
- Allow Scriptlets.
- Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls.
After ticking, click OK to save the settings.
