How to install Lotus and register a Lotus account

Lotus social network of Vietnam has allowed users to download on both operating systems (Android and iOS), and open a Lotus account registration for users to use now.

How to download Lotus on Android phones

Step 1: You access the application store on your operating system ( CH Play ).

Step 2: Enter a keyword in the search bar, then touch the magnifying glass icon to perform. When the results appear, select on Lotus - Social Network as shown below.

Step 3: Tap on Install / Accept to start downloading Lotus to your phone .

Step 4: Wait for the Lotus download process to succeed, select Open to start the application and use it immediately.

With iOS operating system, we also do the following steps: 

• Visit the App Store
• Enter a search term in the search bar
• Select the results shown below
• Click on Get (enter iTunes account password , if required) 
• Click on Open to launch Lotus application

How to create a Lotus account on your phone

Step 1: At the first interface of the application, you touch Register to set up a new Lotus account. 

You can use your phone number or email to register for a Lotus account . Fill in the " Enter your phone number or Email " box and continue.

Step 2: Wait a moment for the system to send you a confirmation code to the phone number (or email) you have entered above. 

Enter that code and " Enter the verification code to login " and select Continue . When you receive the message " Successfully registered VietID account" as below, you can use it to log in now.

or you can select I want to add a password to make it easier to use VietID accounts later. Just Enter the Password and Confirm Password , then Add / Complete is done.

How to create a Lotus account on the computer

Another way you can create a Lotus account is to visit VietID's homepage and create a VietID account by: 

Step 1: At the main interface of VietID homepage, select Create account . In addition, with the remaining 2 options, you can use when: 

• Forgot password : Do not remember the password, lost the password, retrieve the Lotus password
• Activate email : Use registration email but have not received an activation code

Step 2: Fill in your phone number or email and the required information in the corresponding fields and then select Register .

Step 3: Because the writer uses email, it will wait for a confirmation email with the activation code as below sent to the Inbox. You can copy the code again or left click directly on the Activate email button .

Step 4: Notice of successful account activation, click on Login to continue using.

It is possible that VietID's homepage currently only allows registration by email, or you have to wait a long time, request to send the activation code continuously to be able to successfully perform these operations.
