If you're tired of remembering the order and time of emails to send in the future, use RightInbox and Boomerang. These are two of the many Chrome extensions that enable Gmail users to automatically schedule messages to be sent at any future time without having to log in to their Gmail account .
Normally, every time we send an email, we often have to send it immediately after writing or saving it in the Draft Mailbox, and when we want to send it, we will use it to save the email. However, sometimes we are too busy at work to forget this or for some reason, you want your email to be sent at different times in the future but do not want to wait. At that time, to write, the timer automatically send mail is what will help you.
How to install Boomerang for the browser
Step 1: From the browser Chrome or Firefox are using, you access this ADDRESS and click on Add this to your Gmail (red).
A small message appears, click Add gadget to confirm.
Step 2: Another message will appear saying that the extension has been added to the browser, and a new interface appears to guide you how to use Boomerang on Chrome. You can view it to know how to operate, or if you do not need it, left-click Skip to skip this step.

Schedule sending to automatically send Gmail with Boomerang
Step 1: After adding successfully, you log into your Gmail account will see the Boomerang icon appear in the interface. If you go to compose mail, we also see below the Send (blue) as usual, there will be more Send Later (red).
Step 2: You compose the message to send as usual, then select on Send Later . A small time table will appear for you to quickly select a time period in the near future (from an hour to 4 months).

Or if the time you want to send this email is not in the other option, you can use the item At a specific time - The specific sending time . By clicking on the calendar icon in the time frame, we can choose the date and time we want Gmail to send us.
With this option, even if you have the option to send mail in ... next year, Google can respond. Just select the time and time then Confirm .

Step 3: At this point, Boomerang will ask you to allow it to exercise certain rights so it can send you a letter. Select Allow to allow.
If the message shown below is successful, if not, try to activate again because there are still errors.
Step 4: A notification will appear in the main interface of Gmail when the mail is sent. You can see at a glance "Which ... date ... month ... year ... what time? What time?"
Step 5: So if there are errors in our letters, omissions, or from the writing until the mail will be sent, are there additional problems? Will have to do?
Very simple, just look at the left hand side (the display of archive folders), you will see more items Boomerang - Boomerang Outbox - Boomerang Returned . Our sent mail if done via Send Later will be in the Boomerang Outbox folder .

Step 6: Click on any email (not sent) to enter the details. We can see Boomerang allows us to make a lot of changes to our written messages.
From adjusting the content of the message ( Edit Message ), changing the time to send ( Reschedule ), sending always ...
You can Edit Message and change the content of the message accordingly, attach the file, add a signature ... Then left-click on Save Message to save.

You can even send this email without waiting for the set time ( Send Now ) or cancel, no longer send with Don't Send .

As for Reschedule , you can change the time to send mail in the future.
Schedule mail delivery with RightInbox
These are extensions that support Gmail users on Chrome and Firefox to schedule emails on the browser without software.
Step 1: We will need to install the RightInbox tool for our browser. You access here and click on Install to proceed.
Step 2: After the installation is complete, the RightInbox icon will appear in the browser or if desired, you can check this installation by:
On Chrome: Go to the three dash icon / Other Tools - More Tools / Extensions - Extensions.
On Firefox: The three dash icon / Options.
Step 3: The window informs the successful installation process, to start using, click Continue.
Step 4: Click on Allow to allow integration of RightInbox into Gmail account.
Step 5: Access your Gmail account , a video slide show window to use RightInbox will appear, you can watch to know how or Close to use immediately.
Step 6: You can clearly see the difference when comparing the editor interface before and after installing this new tool of Google.

Installation is complete, if RightInbox does not integrate itself, we just need to restart the browser, the Send Later button will appear below Send .
Step 7: Compose a message to send, then click Send Later and select the time period you want to send it.
After this operation, the mail will not be sent immediately but is saved in the Draft. If you want to change it again, just click on it to edit the content or time.
Step 8: The editing window appears, you can customize the content. To change the delivery time, select Send Later or the down arrow icon.
A small window appears, enter the time you want to send the message to Type date & time or duration, then Save .
Or you can click each of the selections above to select more time details.
Select date: Select a specific delivery date.
Time : Time to send.
Timezone (optional): Select a time zone.
After saving, the mail will be saved to the Draft again until it is sent. This tutorial is done on Google Chrome, you can do the same with Firefox to schedule Gmail mail on this browser.
