Starting with Windows 11 build 26120.4741 (Beta 24H2) and build 26200.5710 (Dev 25H2), users can see which third-party apps have recently used AI models provided by Windows. This makes it easier to control which apps are allowed to use AI tools on your computer. Here's how to see which apps generate text and images on Windows 11.
How to view Windows 11 text and image creation applications
Step 1:
Press Windows + I to access Settings on your computer, then click on Privacy & security .

Step 2:
Look at the content next to it and click on Text and image generation at the bottom of the interface to do it.

Step 3:
Switch to the new interface, just click on Recent activity to check the list of applications that have requested to use the feature within the last 7 days. Any application that has created images and text using AI tools on Windows will be displayed in this list.
