How to create a family account on Grab
Step 1:
On the Grab app interface, users click on Account then click on Create Family account to proceed.
Step 2:
Switch to this new interface, you read all the information about creating a family account, you click Continue below. Then you need to fill in more Card information to be able to make payments for family members when booking a car on Grab or making other transactions.
Step 3:
Once a payment card has been added, users can tap Send Quick Invite to send a link to family members, or tap Send Manual Invite to enter a phone number directly.
Members who receive your invitation will need to accept the invitation to join. Now, family members can use your account to book a ride, order food, or use other Grab services.
Step 4:
To use your family account in Grab, make transactions on the app and in the payment method, you choose Family instead of using GrabPay wallet or cash.
Step 5:
If you want to delete a family account in Grab, tap on the three dots icon right at the name of the member you want to delete, then select Delete family account and then tap to confirm Delete .
