The family account feature in Xanh SM will help you track the travel itinerary of family members right on the application. When members use the family account feature in Xanh SM, they will immediately use your payment account for booked trips. Below are instructions for creating a family account in Xanh SM.
How to create a Green SM family account
Step 1:
At the interface of the Xanh SM application, click on the Account section below and then select the Xanh Family feature to proceed to create a family account in Xanh SM.
Step 2:
Display the notification about the family feature on Xanh SM, you click on Set up family account . Now we need to add a payment method for your Xanh SM account. We add the payment method successfully and click Save.
Step 3:
Next, you are asked to add family members to your Green SM account in 2 different ways as shown below. You choose how to invite other members to join and they need to accept this invitation.
Thus, members who book a car on Xanh SM will use your payment account for the transfer.
Step 4:
In case you want to remove someone's account from the family list, click on their account to delete or delete the Green SM family account.
