Step 1: To do this, we will first open the PicsArt application on our phone.
Step 2: In the application's home page, click the "+" icon at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4: At the application's photo editing interface, click on Tools at the bottom of the screen.
Step 5: When many photo tools appear on the screen, tap Cut to shape.
Step 6: Next, click on Remove at the bottom of the screen.
Step 7: Now, click on Shape , to cut the image into many different shapes.
Step 8: Then, tap the circle icon.
Step 9: Adjust the size and position of the red circle , to format the image position you want to crop.
Step 10: Next, tap the tick icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
