When you download a file on Telegram , a file downloading icon will appear as shown to view the downloaded file. In case you have downloaded the file, use another way to manage the downloaded file.
Step 1:

Step 2:
As a result we will see all the files you have downloaded on Telegram.
If the file is in the process of downloading, you can stop the download immediately if you want, or long-press the file to speed up the file.
Step 3:
When you press and hold on the completed downloaded file , you have the options for the file as below. We can press Show in Chat to display the file in the chat .
With videos downloaded on Telegram , if you click on the 3 dots icon, you also have options for the video as shown below.

When we download files on Telegram Android, we will see the download icon as shown. To view downloaded files on Telegram Android, you need to access the downloaded file management folder.
Step 1:
