Instructions for use Organize a Q&A session on Facebook using your phone

Step 1: First open the Facebook application on your phone, then click on What are you thinking?

Step 2: In the Create new post section of Facebook, scroll down the screen and click on Organize a Q&A session.

Step 3: Choose the background color for the Q&A session at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4: Write a topic for the Q&A session that you want to post on your timeline.

Step 5: Tap the Next button in the upper right corner of the screen.

Step 6: Add status, tag friends, location,... for the new post, then click the Post button.

Step 7: Wait a moment for your friends to ask questions, and the system will send a notification to your account.

Step 8: After your friends have asked the question, click the Reply button to respond to the question asked.

Step 9: To sort questions sent by friends, tap Questions & answers?

Step 10: At the bottom of the screen, the question sorting order will be displayed such as: Questions & answers, Unanswered questions, Latest, All comments . Please select a question display mode.

Step 11: If you want to stop anyone from asking questions about this article, click on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner of the article.

Step 12: Next, click on End Q&A session .

Step 13: At this time, a notification window will appear on the screen: " Even if you cannot send a question through the article... you can comment ", tap on End of Q&A session.

Step 14: After finishing the Q&A session, swipe the post to the left to see questions and answers sent by friends.

Instructions for organizing a Q&A session on Facebook using a computer

Step 1: Access and log in to your Facebook account on your computer browser, then click on What are you thinking? .

Step 2: In the Create article window , click the icon for Organize a Q&A session .

Step 3: Choose the color for the background of the question and answer session. Then, enter the question you want to ask your friends.

Step 4: Return to the Post window , click the Post button.

Step 5: After a friend sends you a question, the system will display a notification. Click on the Reply button to respond to the question your friend asked.

Step 6: If you want to end this Q&A session, click on the three-dot icon , in the upper right corner of the article.

Step 7: Then, click on End Q&A session.

Step 8: Now in the article Organizing a Q&A session , click on the ">" icon to see the questions asked by friends.
