Instructions for using FlashGet to download Flash Videos

Select one or more options based on your needs, then click Next to continue the installation process.

Keep clicking Next until the installation is complete.

Using FlashGet to Download Videos

Step 1:

Once installed, FlashGet will integrate with Internet Explorer. Navigate to the video you want to download, play the video, right-click on an empty space on the webpage, and select Download current video by FlashGet3.

New Video Download window will appear. Wait for FlashGet to find the download link, then click Download to save it to your computer.

After the download is complete, the file will appear in the Downloaded list. You can click the Path field to open the file after downloading.

Optimize Your FlashGet Settings

1. Disable Windows Startup

Click on Tools on the toolbar, select Options..., then in the General Setting tab, uncheck Launch FlashGet on System Startup to prevent it from starting automatically every time you boot up your computer.

2. Shutdown After Downloading

In the Tools tab, select Shutdown PC When Done. This feature helps if you're downloading large files or multiple files so you don’t need to stay at your computer for the entire download.
