In the year of the brand's 18th anniversary in Italy, Lush inaugurates a 200 m2 store in the heart of Milan , designed in the name of sustainability.
The brand new and fragrant Lush Duomo store aims to offer visitors a unique and revolutionary shopping experience . We had the opportunity to visit it and find out all the news that this new store will offer!
Lush was founded in May 1995 by 6 natural cosmetics experts. Also in 1995, the first Lush store was opened in Poole, in English Dorset. The first Italian store was inaugurated on November 5, 1998 in the central Brera in Milan, in via Fiori Chiari. The network of stores in Italy expanded fairly quickly with the openings in Venice and Rome, respectively in 1999 and 2000.
After 18 years, Lush inaugurates an exclusive flagship store in Piazza Duomo, Milan. This is shop number 36 in Italy, a shop that confirms the brand's development plan in Italy.
This flagship store aims to embody the future of the brand and natural cosmetics by offering an unforgettable multi-sensory experience .
Lush Milano Duomo offers a unique and unparalleled shopping experience . The important store is spread over an area of 200 square meters, a size 4 times larger than the average of Italian Lush stores. The new store is inspired by the design of the Oxford Street flagship store in London , the largest Lush store in the world opened in April 2015.
What's at Lush Milano Duomo? All! Inside the store you will find all the best products of the brand . Fresh face masks, hair products, soaps but also ballistics and shower jellies.

For the first time in Italy, within Lush we also find the innovative Hair Lab concept . It is a space that will allow customers to try haircare treatments directly in the store .
The sensory stimuli inside the shop are really many. There is a counter entirely dedicated to super colored and fragrant soaps by the cut and an area surrounded by the scents and colors of bath bombs and sparkling wines !
On the occasion of the opening of the new flagship store, Lush presented a new revolutionary invention in Italy: solid mouthwashes . Created in England and sold exclusively in the Lush Oxford Street store, these mouthwashes have now landed in Italy, even if only for a short time. This is a really curious novelty. These mouthwashes are packed with refreshing ingredients and fine essential oils . Each bottle contains about 80 tablets and is very convenient to keep with you at all times!
The sale of solid mouthwashes only took place on the opening weekend of the new flagship store. We hope that Lush decides to introduce them in Italy permanently!
Lush has always paid particular attention to the environment. The new flagship store is totally designed in the name of sustainability . The shop's furnishings are handcrafted with recycled wood from ancient Brianza barns. The floor is made of certified natural resin and the lighting system is designed in full respect of energy efficiency , with an LED lighting system.
