5 working days if the wife gives birth normally
7 working days when the wife gives birth, she must have surgery, give birth to a child under 32 weeks old
10 working days in the case of twins . From the birth of three or more, each additional child gets 3 working days off.
14 working days in case the wife has twins or more that requires surgery
Maternity social insurance benefits for her husband
Lump-sum allowance:
The calculation formula: Benefit level = 2 x Base salary = 2 x 1.49 million = 2.98 million / month
This amount is likely to change when the State adjusts base salary in 2020.
Money regime:
Benefit rate = 100% x (average salary: 24) x number of days off.

If the social insurance premium has been paid for 6 months or more up to the time of giving birth, then Mbqtl is equal to the average monthly salary paid for social insurance of the 06 months before taking leave to enjoy the benefits.

In case the mother participates in social insurance but does not meet the conditions, the father is entitled to leave to enjoy the maternity benefits until the child is full 6 months old.
