Story:  El Royales is a special hotel when it is located on the border between the two states of California and Nevada of the US. This hotel is located far from the center and is quite cheap, so many people often stop here.

 

However, one day in October 1970, there were 4 guests who came here to rent a room including a priest, a cheating singer in the profession, a beautiful girl and a guy selling vacuum cleaner. However, since the guy Thor - Chris Hemsworth appeared (he appeared in the last 20 minutes of the movie), the film did not meet viewers' expectations. Like I was expecting something more shocking, more unexpected, the movie dealt with a situation so simply and quickly that the character's value was reduced and the danger of the film gradually decreased.

Long films are long but believe me, filmmakers know how to make viewers have to watch. Many commented that the film has many lengthy scenes, it does not affect the content of the film. Well, it can be spent, but these details are all directed by Goddard when he wanted the film to be more realistic and full of art. WebTech360 dot this part  7/ 10 slightly.

The colors in the film also apply characteristics to each person corresponding to their personality and nature in the film. The action scenes startled viewers because it happened so suddenly and authentically.

Audio:  This is also one of the best parts of the movie as we hear so many songs being played in theaters. The music in the movie is carefully calculated to both suit the scene and speak the thoughts and actions of the character. Cynthia Erivo's voice (as Darlene Sweet) is truly amazing and the awards she has received and nominated for in recent years for music are just too well worth it. Acting:  Acting in the movie is around shoulder level. Jeff Bridges (as Cha Flynn), Cynthia Erivo and Lewis Pullman (as the receptionist of the Miles hotel) all fascinated viewers with their eyes and words because of their truthfulness and lies. My feeling is that these three people carry the team for the entire film.

Summerspring sisters Emily (Dakota Johnson) and Rosie (Cailee Spaeny) bring the audience crazy, dangerous but full of charm and sexy. Meanwhile, the role of Chris Hemsworth is a bit meaningless when appearing quite a bit and his crazy and sane acting as Billy Lee makes viewers feel like this character is the faulty version of the Joker. In a nutshell , Bad Times at the El Royale  is really a pretty cool experience with a compelling storyline and a well-built and developed story. Unfortunately the last part of the movie was resolved so quickly and unclearly that viewers seem to be disappointed with the expectation of seeing more than that. If you love the movie genre that has a bit of a brain hack, you cannot ignore Horror Minutes at El Royale.
