From the above two points of view, we can see that to give the most general and accurate concept of teaching is not a simple task . So we can generalize as follows: “ Teaching is a process consisting of a whole set of organized and oriented operations that help learners gradually form the necessary competencies to solve real-life problems. realities in the lives of every learner creatively and effectively.

1.2. Competency Concepts

Competence is both the premise and the result of activities. Competence is both a condition for successful activities, but at the same time, capacity also develops in the activity itself
