Install animated screensavers, animated wallpapers on Windows
In Microsoft's Windows Vista operating system, DreamScene allowed for dynamic background settings for the computer, but 8 years later, it is still not available in Windows 10. Why does this customization represent a step back from the past for many years, and what can we do to change this?
