There are many ways to fix the error of not accessing Facebook when blocked such as:
Change Google DNS
Change host
Use IP hiding software
Using Ultrasurf software

1. Change Google DNS to access Facebook when blocked
Changing DNS is the simplest and most effective way to access Facebook when blocked. I put this method first because I want people to try it because you will not need to install software or do too complicated things.
To change google DNS on Windows computers, you do the following:
Step 1 : Right-click on the Internet connection icon at the bottom right corner of the screen and select Open Network & Internet settings
Step 2 : Click on Change adapter options to change the internet connection settings.
Step 3 : Right-click on a network connection that you are using and select Properties
Step 4 : In the This connections uses the following items section , you search to Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP / IPv4) and double-click on it.
Step 5 : A window appears, select Use the following DNS server addresses
Enter according to the instructions in the picture:
Preferred DNS Server: Enter 8 8 8 8
Alternate DNS Server: Enter 8 8 4 4
Step 6 : Click OK and Restart the computer.
So we have successfully changed DNS Google, now you can try to access Facebook to see if it is still blocked or not.
2. Using software, Extension Fake IP to access Facebook when blocked
