Adobe Fresco official free animation tool
Back in 2019, Adobe made a splash when it launched a drawing and painting app called Fresco, which was aimed primarily at digital artists and focused solely on touchscreen, stylus-enabled devices like the iPad and other tablets. Now, Adobe Fresco is available on iOS/iPadOS and Windows, and also supports stylus devices like the Apple Pencil and Surface Pen.
Since its launch, Adobe's usage policy for Fresco has been a freemium model, meaning that only users who pay a monthly subscription fee can access all of Fresco's features.

However, today, Adobe made a surprise announcement that it will be rolling out the Fresco app completely free to all users worldwide, with unlimited access to nearly all of the available utilities and features in the app. In fact, over the past few years, Adobe has also made a number of improvements to the Fresco app to provide a better creative experience for artists, including:
The latest advances in touch and stylus technology with haptic feedback, tilt support, barrel scrolling, and squeeze for Apple Pencil
Advanced motion features make it easy to add eye-catching movement to artwork in seconds
User-friendly symmetry tool ensures accuracy and faster creation of complex layouts
Vector crop tool to quickly remove intersecting vector strokes and clean up paths
Inside paint tool option to paint a closed area without going beyond the lines
Fresco’s main competitor, Procreate, has enjoyed considerable success in the digital drawing app market in recent years. Adobe’s decision to make Fresco completely free will only add to the competition in the market. By doing so, Adobe is also making a powerful creative tool accessible to everyone, potentially leading to a surge in digital art creation and further democratizing the art world.
