When the error code “E0” appears on the induction panel display of the induction hob, it may be due to the low voltage to the induction hob, the power outlet with a small cross-section wire, insufficient capacity, loose connector, falling.

Remedy:  To make the error code "E0" disappear, first turn off the induction hob, check that the voltage on the induction hob is low, if it is low you should use a voltage regulator to stabilize the power source. .

The capacity of the electric stove is from 1800-2200W, so you need to use a power outlet with a large capacity, at least 2500W, should not use an outlet with a lower capacity, easy to be overloaded.

In case the jack is loose or falls, you plug it back in tightly and continue cooking with the electric stove.

Error code E1

The induction hob generates error "E1" when the voltage to the induction hob is too high, it exceeds the safe level, so the induction hob stops working and displays on the screen this error code.

Remedy:  Turn off the stove, check the power source, make sure the voltage is stable, then turn on the cooking stove. You can use a voltage regulator to reduce the voltage to the right level for an induction hob. If the error persists, turn off the stove, unplug the power cord and contact a service center for assistance with troubleshooting.

Error code E2

Error code “E2” is displayed when the temperature of the cooker is too high, which can endanger the user and affect the internal equipment of the induction hob, so the product will stop working and show the error to clear. notify users to promptly handle.

Remedy:  You need to turn off the electromagnetic stove right away, check the temperature of the pot, be careful not to touch the pot with your hands and you may burn. If the pot temperature is too high, take the pot off the induction hob and let it cool for a few minutes and then turn on the induction hob to continue cooking, the error code will be gone.

Error code E3

There are many causes of induction cookers with error code "E3", which can be due to the induction hob's temperature being too high, the temperature has reached the preset level, sealed ventilation holes, and radiator fan. deactivated, broken or this could be the kitchen's self-defense mechanism.

Remedy:  Turn off the electromagnetic stove, check if the ventilation holes are sealed, remove the obstructions to reduce heat. Check if the fan is working, if it is broken, malfunctioning, you cannot repair it yourself, contact a service center.

Error code E5

Error code E6

When the heatsink resistor is shorted, the induction hob will display error code “E6” on the LCD screen.

How to fix:  Turn off the electric stove, unplug the power cord and bring the stove to a repair shop, warranty center for assistance and troubleshooting.

Jack error is connected to the power supply but there is no sound and the “On / Off” light does not light

When you have plugged the jack into the wall outlet, connected to the power supply but no sound comes out, the “On / Off” light does not light either. The cause may be that the outlet is not energized, the fuse is not energized, your home is out of power.

Remedy:  Check if the electricity in your house is not, the outlet, fuse is energized. If the socket, fuse is energized, the power supply in your house is still there, you need to go to a service center to check it, maybe your electromagnetic stove has had a problem with the internal equipment.

The induction hob turns off automatically after 60 seconds emitted

After 60 seconds of emitting, the stove automatically turns off, this error may be due to the bottom of the pot being less than 12cm in diameter and 26cm larger.

Remedy:  Turn off the stove, choose a pot with a bottom diameter from 12cm to 26cm, then place it on the stove top, start the stove again, this error will disappear.

Induction hob error uncontrollable temperature

You find that the temperature of the induction hob is out of control maybe because the bottom of the pot is not flat on the stove, the pot has a round bottom, is much protruding or the heater lamp is not lit.

Remedy:  You choose the cooking pot on the induction hob with a flat bottom, put in contact completely with the center of the kitchen. Check if the heat indicator light is on, if so, the error will disappear.
