Instructions for installing the latest HTKK declaration support software

First, you need to download the latest HTKK installation file at this link: the latest HTKK

Extract the HTKK installer 4

Run the Setup.exe installation file with administrator rights ( Run as Administrator )

Click YES, OK, RUN or More info => Run to accept the setting.
Select Continue

Select installation directory:
(*) Important note: By default, HTKK 4.0 application will be located in the Program Files folder on the same operating system (usually drive C). However, in order to avoid software data being lost, lost during use or when reinstalling Windows, taxpayers should create a folder named HTKK 4.0 at drive D or E and then click the Change button to point to the installation directory as needed.

Check the installation directory information and click the Install button

Click Finish to complete the installation

Handling error of self-escaping

1.    Also can be processed by: Right-click-> Properties-> Select "run this program as an administrator"
2. Because when the installation does not run with the command "Run administrator" ==> Process by uninstalling and reinstalling with the command "Run administrator" correctly according to the instructions above.
3. Because the user regains the declared data from the old 3.8.x HTK application incorrectly or Data on the old stock exchange has many forms according to the expired information, causing an error when converting data. You should review the installation instructions for HTKK4 above and do it again properly will not work anymore. Or better yet you just leave the old data on HTKK 3.8.x and the new data on HTKK 4.0.9 without switching, using both versions in parallel.
4. Because the system does not automatically grant access to the installation directory. This is the most common error on Windows 10. The solution is as follows:

The reason is that the HTKK software cannot display when saving folders in Vietnamese with accented marks. Therefore, when rendering xml, you are not allowed to leave Vietnamese folder with that accent mark. Must be used in Vietnamese without accent or in English.

Solution:
1. Right click on UniKey icon on Taskbar - > Select “Control Panel… [CS + F5] or you can press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + F5.
2. On the control panel of UniKey. -> Select the button "Expand"
3. On the expansion console -> Check the box "Always use clipboard for Unicode"

4. Click the “Close” button to finish.
