Learn about the Rice Cooker Warmth

What is the heat of the rice cooker ? What role does it play? This is one of the most common questions of the majority of consumers before buying a rice cooker, and many people wonder when standing in front of the 1, 2 or 3 heat tray products without knowing what to buy. Which is the best way to be both economical and ensure the cooked rice is delicious and supple. In today's article,  WebTech360  will explain to you in detail about the heaters on the rice cooker and their importance for you to choose the right rice cooker!

What is the heat of the rice cooker?

The heat sink is the heating system of the rice cooker, which is the main heat generator for the rice cooker. The heat sink has a structure similar to the electric stove , including the resistor wire placed in the insulated heat-resistant tube, installed on the tray at the bottom of the pot. There is a heat sensor in the middle of the tray, which automatically switches off when it reaches a certain temperature, which means when the rice is cooked, it automatically switches to the keep warm mode.

What material is the heater of the rice cooker made of?

The heat sink is made of aluminum alloy that is pressed or poured into a closed incinerator, the purpose is to heat evenly on the surface of the stove and cooking pan and reduce the local heat for the burner, maintain the heat when the heater is disconnected. The amount of the tray depends on the manufacturer.

The structure of the heat tray in the rice cooker

The structure of a conventional plate consists of a resistor wire placed in the insulation tube. The thermal sensor switch is designed in a small circle in the middle of the heat plate, the lower side is attached to the spring. When the fixed temperature is reached, the rice is cooked, this sensor will automatically disconnect and switch to hot tempering. The heat plate is designed slightly in a circular arc, the purpose is to expand the contact surface with the saucepan and let the objects that fall in will fall out. The surface of the tray has small crevices that run concentric circles like a lathe, its purpose is to let the small grains of sand fall into the tray to fall into this gap without causing a channel between the surface of the tray and the cooking pan. The contact of the saucepan with the counter (plate) is very important, as it involves the calculation of the magnetic relay.

Types of heat plates

If divided by the number of heaters, all rice cookers are divided into 3 categories, which are the 1-plate electric rice cooker, the 2-plate-heat rice cooker and the 3-plate-hot rice cooker.

Now, let  WebTech360  learn about these 3 types of heaters.

- 1 heat tray: In conventional rice pots, it is usually equipped with only 1 heat tray at the bottom of the pot. The mechanism of action is to heat up from the bottom with high power to cook rice quickly from 20 to 30 minutes. The one-tray heat-pot type has the disadvantage of unevenly cooked rice. Or suffer from burning in the bottom and easy to stick on the top. The single-plate heat cooker is often found on cheap rice cookers .

- 2 heaters: Two heaters are usually equipped on intermediate rice cookers. Overcoming the disadvantage of a pot with 1 heat tray by heating both from the bottom and around the body. This helps the rice grains absorb heat steadily and fully from the bottom to the top, the rice will cook evenly and become more pliable. In the 2 heat plates that use 2D cooking technology, in addition to a heat plate at the bottom of the pot, there are electric wires around the body of the pot, making the heat evenly and the rice cook better.

- 3 heaters: Three heat trays are usually only equipped on high-end rice cookers or electronic rice cookers . Mechanism transfers heat from the bottom up, around the pot body and down from the lid. The rice will be heated slowly comprehensively, so when cooked, the rice will be very spongy without worrying about getting sticky or burning. Because to ensure the best quality of rice, the cooking time will be longer than the 1 tray and 2 heat tray, about 45 minutes. However, the cooking time is quite long and the price is very high, in return, the rice is delicious.

Through this article, WebTech360 Electronic - Furniture Supermarket hope that you understand the heaters and the types of cookers. Depending on your needs and economy, choose the right rice cooker.
