3. Free up memory of your phone

To free up storage space, delete unnecessary photo, video or app files and app data and then try again.

4. Reboot the machine
If you have tried the above steps but still do not try it, please restart your phone. Power off the phone then turn it on again and access Instagram to see if the error has been fixed.

5. Clear app data and cache (Android only)
For Android phones, you can try clearing app data and cache to revert apps to default state.
Press and hold the Instagram app icon on the screen, select App Info and then press Archive .

6. Delete and reinstall the app
