Instructions for copying tables on Snipping Tool
Note:
- Snipping Tool version 11.2409.22.0 or later
- Applies to Windows Insider Dev build 26120.2122 and Windows Insider Dev build 27723
Step 1:
Open Snipping Tool on your computer, then take a screenshot of the table you want to use. Next, in the screenshot editing interface, click on the Text actions icon on the toolbar.

Step 2:
The new option appears, click Copy as Table . The tool will analyze the screenshot and automatically determine the structure of the table, including rows and columns.

Step 3:
Open the application you want to copy the table from Snipping Tool and press Ctrl + V. If you copy the table into Excel, we also need to adjust the table accordingly.
