Setting images for each phone contact helps you to easily identify incoming callers. The following article will guide how to set an avatar for contacts on Samsung smartphones .

This article was done on a Samsung smartphone. If you are using a phone with Android operating system of other brands, you can also refer to, the steps will be similar.

1. Instructions on how to set pictures to represent contacts

- Step 1: Go to your phone's Contacts

First, you need to go to Contacts (also known as Phone in some other versions of Android). You choose the contacts to place the avatar.

Open the Contacts on the phone and select the contact you want to place the avatar

- Step 2: Click the Edit button.

Click the Edit button or the Pencil icon.

The Edit button is in different locations depending on the phone model

- Step 3: Select the photo you want

The directory editing interface appears, this is where you can edit everything related to selected contacts. Click the (+) sign to continue installing your avatar.

Next, the images saved on your phone will appear. Just select the image you want and then resize it.

After selecting photos, click OK

Click the OK button to go to the new step or click the CANCEL button to choose another image.

- Step 4: Click Save to complete

The image you choose will appear as shown below. Click the SAVE button to complete the job.

Click SAVE when done
