Unfortunately, there aren't any new Eeveelutions in Gen 8 yet. However, you can capture Eevee and all of its eight existing evolved forms in Sword & Shield.
Although there are 18 different types of Pokemon, only half of them receive Eevee related evolutions.
Eevee can be found in the lawn on Route 4 at any time of day. You will reach Route 4 after catching the train at Wedgehurst.
Eevee is very elusive, so you have to wait a while for it to appear. Just walk around the tall yellow grass and keep an eye out for the adorable bunny ears sticking out.
Enter a Pokémon war with Eevee.
Weaken Eevee with one of your Pokemon until its HP is in the red area.
Throw a Poké Ball to capture it.
Eevee evolution in Pokémon Sword and Shield is relatively easy. There are 8 Eeveelutions, but each variant has a different evolution:

| Leafeon | Upgrade the Eevee until it reaches level 15, then use the Leaf Stone. |
| Glaceon | Upgrade Eevee until it reaches level 15, then use Ice Stone. |
| Espeon | Level up Eevee's friendships by playing with it and feeding it. The next time Eevee upgrades during the day, it will evolve. |
| Umbreon | Level up Eevee's friendships by playing with it and feeding it. The next time Eevee upgrades at night, it will evolve. |
| Sylveon | Teach Eevee a Fairy-type move, then play with it and feed it to level up friendships. When the friendship level is big enough, it will evolve. |
The easiest place to find Stone is on the narrow strip of land on the other side of Outrage Lake. However, you will need to go far enough in the game to be able to drive across the lake. On this strip of land you will find a tall stone circle. Next to it is the elemental stone.
A great way to increase a Pokémon's friendliness quickly is to have it wear a Soothe Bell . This is a special item you get from the blonde woman in the house in Hammerlocke. This house is on the right as you enter that city. In addition, another person in this house, can tell you the friendship level of the current Pokemon.
You will find an Eevee evolution if you go to the Outrage Lake area of the Wild Area and cross the water to the rock circle surrounding the cave. Every day, a new Eeveelution will appear depending on the weather.
