When you access the chat box of friends on Zalo, or log into an account by yourself but have not used for a long time and see the message "Account no longer exists", that account means that has been permanently deleted, no longer available on Zalo.
After you permanently delete your Zalo account, other people will no longer see the old messages in the chat box of 2 people. They will enter the chat box and see the latest news for 1-2 seconds and then be logged out, unable to read or perform other operations.
Similar to the message in the 2-person chat box, your old comments on your friends' status will also disappear after you permanently delete your Zalo account.
After deleting your Zalo account, you can completely register a new Zalo account, or restore the old account, but have to wait after your account has been completely deleted (usually after 48 hours or longer. ).
However, when you restore, you will only be able to restore the username and display name of the old account, and other data such as logs, friends list or messages will be lost. So, you should consider carefully before proceeding to permanently delete your Zalo account!
Although messages in the 2-person chat box cannot be viewed or manipulated after deleting, in the group, your old messages, photos and videos will still be retained. Friends in the same chat box will still be able to view and manipulate the data you send as usual.
