Instruction to register for eBanking service of DongA Bank

First of all, to register for DongA Bank eBanking service, you need to meet the following conditions:

• Account holder of Multi-function Card / Credit Card / Savings / Deposit.
• Having registered to use Internet Banking service.
• In case of financial transactions: Register an authentication solution (SMS or Authentication Card).

When eligible, you can visit DongA Bank's branches or make online transactions:

Register for E-Banking at the counter

• Bring ID / Passport and Power of Attorney (for corporate customers).
• Fill in the registration form / Adjustment of DongA Electronic Banking service.
• Register at any Branch / Transaction Office / Transaction Center of 24H DongA Bank.

Register for E-Banking Online

Access to E-Banking DongA Bank homepage , click on the words Register here in the New Customers section on the right.

After that, the terms and conditions of using e-banking services appear, please read carefully and click Agree to register to use eBanking.

Use your existing card code and register information according to the form. When you have finished entering the information, click Continue . Please note that fields with a red * are required.

Next, fill in your personal information including ID / Passport, mobile phone number, contact address, email, occupation ... When completing the information, click Continue.

Note: The phone number used is the registered phone number when opening a card account and also the phone number that people will receive a verification code message.

Wait a moment to receive a confirmation message from DongA Bank, only about 30 seconds, then enter this verification code. There are options below, if you need to use a service, select that service. Note the instructions on the right you will see the limit, as well as service charges. Service fee is VND 9,900 / month. Then, press Continue to register Ebanking service successfully.

Instruction for using eBanking service at Dong A Bank

Immediately after successful registration will appear on the login screen, enter the customer code, access password, select Personal or Business, and then click Log in .

Note: Customer code is a code given to you by the bank when you register to use the service.

After successfully logging into the system, you can use many functions of the service such as: Checking account information, Transferring money, Paying bills, Buying scratch cards, Electronic top up. ... Specifically, we will guide the following main functions:

Check account information

You can easily check your account information, there are a variety of different accounts for you to check such as: Multi-functional card account, Payment deposit account, Savings deposit account, Credit card account Use and Debit account. If you want to see what kind of account, just click on that account, immediately the system will display the account number, account name, actual balance, available balance for you to see.

In addition, if you want to see details of transactions such as time, amount, location, just click on the blue account number , the transaction information will be displayed as shown below for you to see:

Transfer money via E-Banking

You can transfer money from one account to another account both inside and outside the DongA Bank system, as long as that bank is affiliated with DongA Bank. To use this function, select Transfer , then enter the amount and account to transfer to. When the transfer confirmation screen appears, select the required information and click Confirm.

When entering the recipient's account will display the recipient information, so you absolutely do not worry about wrong transfer. When the confirmation is completed, a notice of successful transaction will appear.

 

Payment for online purchases via eBanking

You can buy and pay online for websites associated with Dong A bank. The payment process for online purchases is a bit complicated, you can not do it directly at the eBanking interface of DongA Bank, but must be done on that online shopping website as well.

After confirming the purchase and paying by card, the system will automatically switch to the Internet Banking interface of DongA Bank, you only need to fill in the information as shown below, then click Log in.

Then will be a confirmation of payment, just confirm payment is done. However, there are a few cases of successful purchases but not yet paid, when meeting that case, just follow the picture below.

Deposit online when using eBanking

Currently, eBanking of DongA Bank has supported both types of online top-up: Mobile phone recharge and Electronic wallet recharge. First, you select the electronic topup card in the main interface, and then choose 1 of the 2 types you want to use. Then, fill in the necessary information, note the authentication method, and then click the Checkout button .

Enter the verification code once again is successful transaction.

Change login password

When you see the old password is no longer safe, need to change your password right away. Just click on Other Utilities, select Change password . Then, select the transaction channel as Internet Banking, you can also change the password for Mobile Banking by selecting Phone Banking , then enter the old and new password and click Change password is done.
