Fix Flash error blocked by outdated on Chrome
Currently Chrome no longer supports Flash content, if unfortunately encounter browser error, Adobe Flash Player on Chrome does not work, you can try the following.
Flash is one of the most important and indispensable programs for every web browser. However, many times this program makes mistakes that computer users never think of and really feel confused with the repair process. One of the problems is "Flash is obsolete" on web browsers.
In Google Chrome version 76 , Adobe Flash has been officially blocked by default, if users want to use, users will have to turn on the following steps:
Step 1: On the main interface of Chrome browser , click the 3 vertical dots icon in the top right corner, select Settings.
Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom and click Advanced.
Step 3: In the Privacy and security section , click Site settings.
Step 4: Scroll down to the Permissions section , click Flash.
Step 5: The Flash interface appears, you will see that by default Google Chrome is blocking websites from running Flash. Google recommends that users should use this mode to surf the web safely. Or you can go directly to the chrome: // settings / content / flash link.
If users want to use Flash, just drag the slider in the Block to prevent sites from running Flash (recommended) to the right to activate.
Then, each block will ask Flash before the user.
Step 6: After turning on, reload the webpage, then click Allow to allow Flash to run.
Fix outdated Flash Player on old versions of Chrome
Previously, we would have taken a step called activating NPAPI, but due to security issues, Google Chrome no longer supports plugins that use this system (including Silverlight, Java and Unity. ).
Step 2: Update to the latest Adobe Flash Player or you can enter chrome: // components into Chrome's address bar, find Adobe Flash Player and click Check for updates . Or click the page reload icon to reload .
Step 3: Make sure Chrome is up to date. How to check is very simple, you just need to left click on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner of the screen. If the drop-down menu appears Update Google Chrome - that is, the version you are using is out of date.
