5 Guilds
With this number of Guilds, the stats will be buffed for the generals up to more than 200%. Talon will get a lot of physical damage, Xayah and Ryze will be the secondary carries in the team. Resistance depends on both Sejuani and Hecarim, both of them together with Bard below will create control for the enemy team.
To get to this team, you can choose Diana or Kayn as the main force of the previous team. Both have good damage dealing ability and can keep items for Kayn. Focus on 2 Guilds and Berserkers to buff and get a winning streak.
If you're rich, you can replace Kayn and Xayah with Pyke and Zoe. These are two great sources of damage in the late game but require players to have a lot of money to switch to. Sylas will replace Hecarim in the tank front.
6 Assassins
This team is very strong in damage but lacks resistance. The main tanks will be Hecarim, Sejuani and Sett, next to Talon will be Pyke and Diana. Qiyana supports the damage dealers by applying the ban effect.
Put all your defensive items into Sejuani and Hecarim, if possible roll for 3 stars for Sejuani from the start.
4 Assassins
Reducing to 4 Assassins will reduce the critical rate and damage. But you can add Bard and related heroes to increase the support for the squad. If you compare this squad with 6 Assassins above, the build is easier because you don't have to find Assassin's Seal or rely on Tech Upgrade + Assassin buff.
