You can find dragon eggs on a Bedrock. Now you can use anything to smash this block and it will appear in a random location nearby.
Now dig a hole underneath the egg and put a torch inside. Use Pickaxe to destroy the block in the middle, the egg will fall into the torch. At this point, you can put the dragon egg in the inventory.
You cannot hatch dragon eggs in Minecraft PE unless using mods. You can only revive dragons by using dragon eggs.
1. Place the egg back to its original position above a Bedrock.
2. Craft an End Crystal according to the recipe below with 7 Glass, 1 Ghast Tear, 1 Eye of Ender.
3. Place the crystals in position as shown below. The entire crystal will start to burn and spawn an Ender Dragon.
