Overall, speed boost for allies inside Chrono's bubble is removed and other bonus stats are halved. Most notably, the cooldown was nerfed the most, it was increased by 4x.
Although Chrono's protective shield cooldown has increased significantly, its strength remains almost unchanged. The extra speed is not a big deal in a small ball and 8 seconds is more than enough.
In a semi-competitive mode like Ranked, you can only fight the player 3 or 4 times per match. There aren't many people using Chrono's skill right now, so a timely trigger can change the course of the game, delivering results far beyond expectations, especially in the late game when the safe zone doesn't have much space .
Chrono's Time Turner is still the first tier in round-based modes. Each time you die, the cooldown resets.
In addition to choosing Chrono for yourself, you can now counter Chrono with Xayne's skill. Once activated, Xayne's Xtreme Encounter will give you 100% damage to the shield. A few shots from the M82B combined with that skill would instantly pierce Chrono's 600HP armor.
