Over 5 seasons, Ornn's equipment has remained the same and is an option that players often use alongside DTCL equipment . There have been a few changes to Ornn's equipment in DTCL season 9 .
Some old items will be removed, and some new equipment will be updated for players. Some of them will make you lose the match immediately or can help you win streak and reach TOP 4. New equipment of Ornn DTCL season 9

Blacksmith gloves
- Each round: Equip 2 random Ornn items, using all 3 equipment slots.
Crown of Demacia
- If the champion with this item starts fighting in the front 2 rows, they will regenerate 1-7% of their max health per second (based on the stage). If they start fighting in the back 2 rows, they will gain 1-7% bonus AD and AP per second.
- If the champion wearing this item dies, your team will lose immediately.
- You can remove this item from the champion you are wearing by placing it in the queue.
Deathfire Grasp
- Initiate Combat: The wielder fires a beam of energy at the target, marking them and dealing magic damage equal to 20% of their max health.
- For the next 6 seconds, the owner's abilities and attacks deal 50% increased damage to the marked target and 25% increased damage to other targets.
Hullcrusher
- If the champion with this item has no adjacent allies at the start of combat, gain +400 health.
Sniper's Focus
- The owner's attacks and abilities deal damage, increased by 10% for each hex between them and the target.
Trickster's Glass
- Summon a copy of this champion with 70% health and 20% max mana increased. You cannot equip items to this copy.
Ornn's Old Equipment

Randuin's Omen (25 armor, 25 magic resist, 200 health)
At the start of the game, all allies and champions with Ice Shield gain 50 bonus armor and magic resistance.
Black Axe (30 ad, 200 health)
Basic attacks and abilities reduce target's armor and magic resistance by 40% for 3 seconds.
Dance of Death (15 AD, 15 ATK, 25 Armor)
60% of incoming damage is converted to damage over time over 5s
Permafrost (200 health, 15 magic, 15 armor)
Enemy champions will have their attack speed reduced by 50% for 2.5 seconds when attacking. After 5 reductions, they will be frozen for the corresponding duration. Can only be frozen a maximum of once every 5 seconds.
Hourglass (15 magic, 25 armor, 25 magic resist)
The first time it drops below 40% it turns yellow for 2.5 seconds.
Spirit Visage (200 health, 15 attack speed, 25 magic resistance)
Heals champions with 8% maximum health per second

Pirate Gun (40 AD, 20% crit chance)
The owner will instantly kill any enemy below 10% health. Each target killed by the owner will receive gold.
Rocket Hand (15 mana, 25 armor, 200 health)
At the start of the round, the owner pulls in the farthest enemy and stuns them for 1.5 mana. Allies within range will prioritize attacking that enemy.
Manamura's Sword (20 AD, 20 ATK, 15 Mana)
After the champion casts their first spell in each battle, they will regain 100 Mana.
Trinity Force (333 health and 33 all other stats)
Although it doesn't have special properties like the equipment above, the +33 to all other stats is also a significant compensation for this equipment.
Ornn DTCL 4.5 Skills

Ornn summons an elemental behind the furthest enemy that moves toward Ornn. It slows the attack speed of enemies in the area by 50% for 3 seconds and deals an additional (150/250/750) magic damage.
If the elemental charges at Ornn, he will headbutt it, causing the elemental to redirect towards another enemy standing far away, stunning them for (1.5 / 2 / 15) and dealing (150/250/750) bonus magic damage.
This skill seems similar to Ornn's Call of the Sun in League of Legends. Obviously, the 5-gold champions in season 4 are all very "powerful" as they possess special abilities that previous seasons did not have.
