Instructions to enter points on VnEdu software

VnEdu is a point management software developed by VNPT Telecommunications Group, making it easy to enter and track students' scores. The method of entering grades for Primary, Secondary, and High school students is somewhat different, making some teachers surprised when using this software. To enter grades for students, click the Start button , select School Management . Then, click on Learning Management> Import Gradebook . The interface display system allows the subject teacher to select a block and select a class. Then choose the subject that you are assigned to teach.

Primary grade book

For subjects assessed by points:

Semester 1 will have 5 months lasting from the first month to the 5th month, Semester 2 will have 4 months from the 6th month to the 9th month. In each month column, the scores are separated by spaces and points. Enter here is the regular checkpoint.

Regular test scores, Vietnamese and Maths will have midterm and final exams. Inside:

• The Vietnamese language course will be divided into 2 parts: reading and writing.
• As for the other points, periodicals only have final test.

After entering the gradebook, press the Save button to save the student's entire review.

For the subject assessed by comments with grading method:

Some schools in grade 1, Math and Vietnamese, are graded with a combination of review assessment scores and scores. To configure you do the following:

Go to Students on the screen, click on the icon in the subject column of Grade 1. Here, tick the Comment box . To review the comment section for the letter D (Pass) or CD (Not yet), check the box Enter A / CĐ. Then, check the Apply configuration to entire block box , then click the Update button to save.

Meanwhile, the subject's interface will have 2 sections:

• Comment: If you enter "x" or double click on the comment box, the system will display a check mark or a letter D (depending on the configuration shown in the Subject section ). It has not yet entered the letter "c" or blank.
• Scoring: Periodic test scores, with the Vietnamese and Math subjects will have more mid-term and final exams. In which, the Vietnamese language score will be divided into 2 parts: reading and writing points. As for the other points, periodicals only have final test.

When the grade book is completed, click the Save button so the system stores all student assessments.

With the subject assessed by a comment:

To comment for each student in the comment column enter the letter "x", the system will check the mark corresponding to "Pass" (or remove the blank corresponding to "Not Pass"). After importing the grade book, click the Save button to save the changes.

Gradebook of secondary school and high school

For subjects assessed by points:

Each semester subject teachers may enter points into the following points:

• Score factor 1: Enter the oral and 15-minute scores.
• Score factor of 2: Enter the score of 1 period.
• Score factor 3: Enter semester grades.

Note :

• Only when entering semester grades, the system will calculate the average of the semester of the subject, when the semester test scores of the 2nd semester, the average of the subject year is calculated.
• All scores are calculated to the nearest 2 decimal places.

After entering the points, press the Save button to save the points. Also enter re-scores for students with a GPA <5.0, select the whole year and enter the scores in the "Retest score " column .

With the subject assessed by a comment:

Each semester subject teachers can enter comments for students as follows:

• Dat student: Just type in "d" or "D" or "1".
• Students Not Passing: Just type "c" or "College" or "2".

Note: Only when there is a review of the semester test, the system will summarize the semester for the subject. When there is a review of the 2nd semester test, the system summarizes the year for the subject.

After commenting, press the Save button to save the comment. To enter a review select the semester as the whole year.

How to enter points and delete points quickly

To enter points faster, more flexibly you can configure cursor movement on the scorecard:

At that time, there is the following configuration information:

• Entry method: The cursor will move vertically or horizontally.
• Jump when: When you press Enter or enter a sufficient number of characters, the cursor will automatically go down the line.
• Type m / M to enter point 10.

When setup is complete, click the Save button .

If you want to enable the quick delete function, click the red "-" icon as shown in the "Configuration of cursor movement and quick delete" at the top. You can quickly delete points then:

• By column: Select the delete icon by column.
• By row: Select the delete icon by row.
• Entire rows and columns: Select the delete entire icon.
