How to delete a Google account on a computer

Delete Gmail account on Google
Step 1: Access your Gmail account . At the main interface, click on the account avatar (in the upper right corner), select My Account.
Or if you're signed in to Google, right from the browsing interface, we can also click on this avatar.

Step 2: In the new interface, find Account preferences and click Delete your account or services.
Step 3: There are two options:
- Delete products: Delete accounts (with data download).
- Delete Google Account and data: Delete Google account, and delete data (do not download data).
Step 4: If you select Delete products , we will be asked to log in again to verify that the owner of the account needs to be deleted.
You can choose to immediately delete your mail accounts, G + and Youtube right below by clicking on the trash icon next to it. Or select Download Data to download the existing data before deleting.
For example:
Click on the trash icon next to Gma il. An interface like the one below will appear, carefully read the instructions in it before deleting your account. After making sure, tick the "Yes, I want to permanently delete ..." box and select Delete Gmail.
After this operation, the Gmail account will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored
In addition, Google also allows us to download all data in the account to a computer before deleting the account ( click on Download data ). Select the data area to download and then Next .
Select the file type and file type to receive the file after the Delivery method is completed .
Select Create archive to download the data as a compressed file
Step 5: If you select Delete Google Account and data , the interface as below will appear. You drag down the bottom and tick 2 boxes:
- Yes, I acknowledge that I am ...
- Yes, I want to ...
Tick the 2 items above and select Delete Account
After doing the above, your Google account will be deleted with all data in it.
Attention:
Once deleted, data cannot be restored, it cannot be restored or a Gmail account created with the same name as the deleted account.
