How to adjust video speed on iPhone to your liking
Adjusting the speed on iPhone can speed up the video or slow down the video, depending on the need to adjust the video speed you want. With some applications, you can choose a part of the video to slow down or speed up more than other parts of the video. How to speed up and slow down videos with Fast Slow Motion Video Editor
Step 1:
Download the Fast Slow Motion Video Editor application for iPhone from the link below and install it as usual.
Next in the user application interface, click on the plus icon to add the video you want to edit. Then display the video interface in the album for you to use, click Select to use this video.
Step 3:
Go to the iPhone video speed customization interface. First, click on Basic to adjust the video speed at the basic level. Here, users will see the video speed adjustment bar .

How to Speed Up or Slow Down a Video Using the iMovie App
Apple's iMovie app makes it easy to adjust the speed of your video. You can download iMovie for free from the App Store if you don't have it already. Once you're ready, follow these steps:
Open the iMovie app and select the Movie option on the Start New Project page.
Select the video you want to slow down or speed up and then tap on the Create Movie option at the bottom.
Select a video in the timeline and tap the speedometer icon at the bottom.
Move the slider at the bottom to the right to double the speed. Similarly, you can move the slider to the left to slow down the video to 1/8 speed.
Tap the Play button above the timeline to preview the video. Once you've set your video to the speed you want, tap Done in the top left corner.
Tap the Share icon at the bottom and select Save or Share Video . Then, select the Save Video option to save the edited video.

The built-in Photos app on iPhone includes a number of video editing tools, allowing you to crop, rotate, apply filters, and more. You can also use it to speed up or slow down videos, but this feature only works for videos shot in slow motion on iPhone.
So, if you've shot a slow-motion video and want to adjust its playback speed, here's how you can do it using the Photos app:
Open the Photos app and select the slow-motion video you want to speed up or slow down.
Tap Edit in the upper right corner. Below the timeline, vertical lines closer together reflect the normal speed of the video, while lines farther apart represent slow motion.
Drag the two higher vertical bars together to remove the slow motion effect and speed up the video. Similarly, to slow down the speed, drag the two higher vertical bars apart.
Once you've made the desired changes, tap Done in the upper right corner to save your edited video.
