How to Create Smart Lists in iPhone Reminders
Smart lists in iPhone Reminders can be customized with many other factors such as time, date, location, priority, etc. Then the Reminders app will only display the reminders you need when filtering by those factors. Step 1:
Open the Reminders app and then tap Add List in the bottom right corner. Next, enter a name for this list .
Step 2:
Then we choose the color for this list . Scroll up and click on Filter to set up this newly created list.
Step 3:
Show filters for this list. If you need to use a filter, click on that filter to apply it to this reminder list filter. For example, if you choose the date filter, you will have more specific options as shown below.
Continue to select other filters for this list, select a priority level for the list.
Step 4:
Finally, we tap Done to save the smart list for Reminders on iPhone. We will see the smart list displayed at the bottom.
How to Add Reminders to an iPhone Smart List
Step 1:
Tap on the newly created smart list, then tap on New reminder below. Tap on the i icon at the bottom of the list.
Step 2:
In the next interface, we enter a name for the reminder and other content for the reminder. You can adjust whether you want this reminder to repeat or not.
Step 3:
To add a reminder to a smart list , click List below. Next, click the smart list you created and click Add to add a reminder.
So you have added a reminder to a smart list on your iPhone.
How to edit smart lists in Reminders
Step 1:
We press and hold on the smart list and select Show smart list information . Here you can edit the smart list as you like, with the displayed content.
Step 2:
You can change the title of the smart list, or the icon for this smart list,...
Or you can re-adjust the filter elements in this smart list.
